Markus Deimann
Dr. Markus Deimann is currently working at the FernUniversität in Hagen , Germany which is the only public distance teaching university in Germany. He also works for the Open eLearning Content Observatory Services (OLCOS) which is a EU-founded project to promote the concept of Open Educational Resources. His research focusses on issues of instructional design ("How to design effective learning environments?") and on motivation/volition ("How to foster and sustain learners motivation?").
