Núria Ferran Ferrer
Núria is a lecturer at the Open university of Catalonia (UOC) and associated lecturer at the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB) at the department of Information Sciences and Communication. Courses conducted: Digital libraries, Information sources applied to several areas, Preservation of digital resources, and Information Management. Degree in Journalism at UAB (1998) and in Documentation at UOC (2003). Master in Information and Knowledge Society, IN3-UOC (2005). Research interest in information behavior studies, information competences, open educational content and e-learning. She is also in charge of the UOC participation in the OLCOS (Open Learning Content Observatory Services), funded by the EU.
