I've been the Review Coordinator at the Linux Documentation Project for the last couple of years. Together with my predecessor in this function, we developed a quality control mechanism and described all the procedures needed for publishing a quality document.

I also write documentation myself, such as the Introduction to Linux Guide and the Bash Guide for Beginners . Having trained others for years helps to give me an understanding of how course materials should be built, plus I also got quite a lot of input from professional pedagogues. You might say that I developed a natural feel for consistency.

Also, I have a knack to ask questions that make students think about what they learned. In my experience, that is a very important part of the learning process, it is the phase where one really starts to apply the newly acquired knowledge.
